Christmas gifts
All Christmas gifts will be exchanged until January 18, 2026.
When ordering, it must be stated that it is a Christmas gift so that any exchange of goods is possible in addition to the normal right of return.
It is not possible to get a refund for purchases of Christmas gifts if the normal return period has been exceeded.
The buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the item, including transportation, and is responsible for ensuring that the item is returned in the same condition as before purchase.

Unfortunately, we are unable to wrap Christmas gifts if they need to be sent, as this poses challenges in terms of safe packaging.
When purchasing in a physical store or delivering to selected delivery locations, it is possible to have it wrapped as a gift, just specify this when ordering.
Payment
Here in the webshop you can pay with Visa, Mastercard and MobilePay, and we also accept cash in the store.
It is also possible to pay by bank transfer or invoice, but this is by arrangement. Payment for an order here in the webshop will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
When trading within the EU, the second-hand VAT scheme is used, therefore the buyer cannot deduct VAT on these goods.
When trading outside the EU, VAT is charged on the goods, which we settle with the country in question, so you don't have to worry about it.
When trading in Norway, Norwegian VAT is included in the prices. We are registered in the Norwegian VOEC scheme and pay the VAT directly to the Norwegian Tax Administration. This means that you as a customer will not receive any additional taxes, fees or customs duties upon delivery.
Delivery
We offer both shipping and pickup options. For pickup, see the next section.
Shipping is handled by GLS or a similar service, with the option to choose between home delivery or delivery to a parcel shop.
We offer free shipping to parcel shops in Denmark for purchases over 995 DKK.
The delivery time is usually 2-4 business days, but there may be longer delivery times when we are abroad sourcing new products for the store.
Please check the condition of the package when received. If the goods are damaged, please contact us and take pictures of the item and packaging. We will then refund your money.
For large orders, please contact us so we can find the best solution for either shipping, delivery to your address, or pickup.
Levering
Vi tilbyder mulighed for levering på privatadresse i udvalgte postnumre (hovedstadsområdet), hvor vi selv står for leveringen. Dette gælder kun ved køb over 995 kr.
Levering til privatadresse sker ca. en gang i måneden, hvor næste leveringsdato kan ses ved bestilling.
Levering vil typisk foregå om eftermiddagen eller først på aftenen, og kræver at der er nogen hjemme til at modtage ordren eller at ordren må stilles.
Man vil blive kontakte inden leveringsdatoen for nærmere tidspunkt.
Det er desværre ikke muligt at imødekomme alle ønsker om specifikt leveringstidspunkt, men vi bestræber os på at efterleve eventuelle ønsker bedst muligt.
Ved forhindring i at modtage en ordre forsøger vi selvfølgelig at finde en god løsning for begge parter.

2.495 kr til 4995 kr.: 150 kr.
Over 4.995 kr.: Gratis

Especially for delivery outside Denmark
We ship to Norway, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Spain and Portugal.
The Norwegian islands of Svalbard and the Portuguese islands of Madeira and the Azores are excluded.
We offer free shipping to parcel shops outside Denmark for purchases over 400 euros.
Delivery time is normally 3-7 business days, but longer delivery times may occur when we are abroad to find new items for the store.
For transactions to Norway (Norwegian currency), some items may not be displayed due to the VOEC scheme. If you wish to view the full selection, you can change the currency and contact us if you're interested in making a purchase.
Pickup
We offer the following options:
Pickup at the store, Blansskov 2A, 6400 Sønderborg.
Free
Pickup in Aarhus or Copenhagen by arrangement. Items are expected to be ready for pickup within 2-4 weeks. You will be contacted once the items are ready for pickup, at which point we will agree on a pickup time.
Free
For large orders, there may be an option for delivery to an address. This is by arrangement, so in such cases, please contact us.
Return policy
The majority of our items are unique and old, meaning that, as a general rule, you purchase the item as seen. We always strive to present the item in the best possible way so that its condition and appearance are clear, but there may be slight differences in shades that are difficult to capture in photos.
We reserve the right for any language or typographical errors and sold items.
For online purchases, items can be returned within 14 days, provided they are returned in the same condition as when received. The buyer is responsible for the return costs, including transport, and for ensuring the items are returned in the same condition as before the purchase. Please contact us before returning items, which can be done via email at gaardeniskoven@gmail.com.
Privacy Policy
Your email, name and other information will only be collected if you provide it and consent to it. We do not share your information with third parties, and you can withdraw your information at any time by contacting us.
